saying yes, to the deepest longing of my life
is something i don't want to write about
it's too personal, too intimate
that i don't like to share it.
it goes back to when i was a kid
sharing who this person christ is
now, that i am an old woman
it is probably sharing who buddha is
sharing who thict nat hahn is
sharing who source is
christ is a major person
who i've met in my life
who was i introduced to
who like me
and i liked him.
so that's probably what is the deepest longing
of my life
sharing who christ is
writing a book about christ
and i don't know what that means
it could be a book about person
it could be stories about the young man christ
it could be about his wants and dreams
it could be about my belief of how divinity touched
and intermingled into humanity
i don't really care what it could be and
i don't really care what it means
i think if i could get across what christ is
that is probably the deepest longing of my life
but that is like an inside longing
so, now i am back to the regularness of daily living
this is what propels me through the day
writing stories
that have a beginning a middle and an end.
i don't want to write great stories
i don't want to write masterpieces
i just want to write genuine three prong stories
they have a beginning a middle and an end.
let's see christ is all encompassing
and it's the person that conveys that
he is what he is
he's a pretty neat person
even if you don't have the stories in the new testament
there are all the other storeis that aren't there
they are the stories for me to unveil
and write about
and it could be about anything.
sometimes i don't even think it is the deepest longing
of my life
it was once
but i don't think it is anymore
it reminds me of the magic rock
it existed once
and it can exist again
and it has always existed
even if i haven't been aware of it.
so round and round we go in this thing called life.
you take chekhov
wadsworth, longfellow
our poets they all met excellence in their life
and put it on paper
not everything was superb
but it led up to thought provoking prose and poetry
the day in and the day out made them the legend
that they became.
the end.
