oil spill

i am in need of money
why -

well-- i have this bill for
$2,000 for one of my transcripts
which i haven't mailed out,
the bill i mean -- because i think I already made
enough money on the case.

anyway

i still have the bill.
and just sometimes

hmmm, i say i am within
my rights to get this money -

but --

anyway i say i could use the
money to pay off my $5,000 that
I owe Uncle Sam -
but --

anyway -
it's interesting how my mind works

its got something to do with this oil spill
the economic downspiral we are in
and the global warming that is affecting our planet

today i saw people
as i was looking at them

no, it wasn't today
it was when i took john to
get his pacemaker checked.

old people with canes
old people with no canes

shapes of skin
covering a support body
that was moving
beings that were moving

very odd
i thought to myself
i am seeing an evolution of beings
moving and covered by skin

what does this got to do with my $2,000 bill
global warming
oil spill
economic spiral

well

I am cleaning out my house.
getting rid of my green couch.
bringing the long table from upstairs to replace the couch.

cleaning out my bookcases,
four of them.

keeping books
on cooking
and a Wayne Dyer.
